One sneaky way to get more protein and fiber: this delicious chia pudding. mix two tablespoons chia seeds, one tablespoon chocolate protein powder, one tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder, one tablespoon maple syrup and half a cup of milk of your choice. Let it sit for a couple hours and top with a spoonful of yogurt, some cherries or whatever fruit you like, and some zested chocolate.
I started taking berberine supplements a few years ago (my doctor recommended them because I have genetically high cholesterol) and not only have they helped with cholesterol but I swear they have my metabolism in overdrive. Recently some studies have shown berberine has effects on weight loss similar to GLP-1s.
Perfume brands make the best-smelling body soaps. Case in point: this cleanser from Future Society.

On the market for a cool $12.5 million: The Summit House. Originally designed in 1953 by Frank Lloyd Wright protégé Foster Rhodes Jackson, AIA, and recently expanded and restored by Bestor Architecture’s Barbara Bestor. Absolutely magnificent.
I have a soft spot for Mackenzie-Childs (my grandmother collected it and her love for all things checkered led to me ensuring the spine of Big Thrift Energy was checkered). I was so touched when my close friends got me these Mackenzie-Childs pajamas for my birthday. They are so comfy (slightly oversized, which I love for pjs).

I shared this vintage ribbon jacket on social media a while back after I came across it in an Indianapolis antique mall. And I just found one for $105 on Etsy by the same brand, in the same style, and another for $94 in a great colorway.
