A couple weeks ago, I went to Los Angeles for just under a week and went to Erewhon four different times. Call me basic, I don’t care. I love a high-end grocery store (I once detailed exactly how I create my grocery lists each week right here).
So obsessed was I with the Hailey Bieber Smoothie that my big weekend project is going to be recreating it. I’ll follow up with how I do, but I am going to incorporate my go-to creatine (helps build muscles which makes you lean and strong! and great for brain health) and this protein + fiber powder I’ve been using (protein is important for us all as we age and I do not get enough of it! This has 45g in a serving!).
Now, on to what I’ve been into in recent days.

Etsy find of the week: this very beautiful vintage bag for under $200.
I think this is pretty brilliant from Re:see (a vintage resale platform): a new line of wardrobe essentials that help you care for your clothes, like pillows to stuff inside your bags so they hold their shape while stored or little rain jackets so your bags don’t get wet while outside. The hangers, in particular, look excellent for your nicest pieces.
These baby pink Adidas are under $100 (so much good stuff on sale here btw).
The perfect jean does exist. Absolutely dying for these.
I promise you, animal print goes with everything. Just treat it like a neutral.
If someone does not buy this vintage Barbara Kruger t-shirt ($55!) by the end of the day, I will.
Long live a mismatched earring.
The packaging on this blush sold me.
I’ve written before about my love for Midi Health’s berberine, which I take every day (it was recommended by my primary care doctor because I have genetically high cholesterol). It helps tremendously with metabolism and I feel I don’t overeat when I take it regularly (I love to eat and sometimes get so excited by a restaurant meal I can nearly make myself sick eating too much). The brand’s fiber gummies are also great, particularly if you can’t get enough fiber via whole foods.
Fiber via whole foods but aesthetic! I blanched a packet of trimmed green beans, and threw it in a bowl with 1 can of drained garbanzo beans, 1 can of drained white beans, two cans of tuna, a handful of capers, some chopped olives, parsley, garlic, lemon, mustard, and a drizzle of this basil olive oil.
I got a new phone case! This is a big deal for me, someone who notoriously does not use a case. I loved this one and it still fits in my tripod, car holder, etc.
If you live in Northeast Florida, you must visit Kissing Tulips! I’ve been working with them on lots of floral arrangements and just look at this gorgeousness (in Facebook Marketplace heads, of course)!
Okay so this 1940s light fixture is over $11,000 which means I won’t be buying it BUT I will be looking for one just like it at every estate sale / thrift store / antique mall I frequent!

I love that light fixture!! I also love your phone case - I'm still using the Otterbox one that I bought with the phone (because I drop EVERYTHING).
