Some vintage finds I’m obsessed with at the moment:
Christian Lacroix necklace (trigger warning for the price on this guy, would DIE to find something similar at an estate sale)
YSL slingbacks (these are actually my size and have been sitting in my cart for a month)
By now, you’ve probably seen the J.Crew rollneck sweaters, as they are all over the internet! I personally love mine. It’s cropped but hits at just the right spot on my jeans (I find that sweaters are so hard to style if they are too long, as they get bulky over the waistband of pants or a belt.) Seen here with a vintage belt buckle from the World’s Longest Yard Sale.
I am fortunate to receive PR packages from time to time, but this week was a new level of gifting, unlocked: my dog, Holly, was sent human-grade dog food and treats by a wonderful company called Maev. They are not paying me to post this, but they did send the treats and a bag of food, so I am very appreciative. But not as appreciative as Holly. One of her very favorite things to do is sniff new packages. Any new package I get, she inspects first. So when she realized what was inside this one, she nearly did a somersault. She has given the product her full endorsement and the PR has really gone to her head. Ugh. Influencers.
I was gonna save this vintage bracelet for my next under-$100 roundup but I worry it might get snagged before then. I got a very similar piece at the yard sale a few weeks ago. It’s made of tiny little blown-glass fruits, and it is perfect (this one is $20!!!)
These sleep strips are my new ride-or-die. You place one on your tongue and it dissolves in minutes, and you are lights out in 20. Each comes individually wrapped (the packaging, as you can see, is very suggestive) so they are ideal for travel and would even fit in your wallet.
This 1980s Italian chair is everything.
I just ordered this tote with matching phone holder for the beach. It hasn’t arrived yet, so I’ll share when it does, but I appreciate that it’s foldable, so I can take it with me on trips, and I like that it protects from sand (this is one of my biggest gripes with most totes…once they get sand in them, it is SO hard to get it out). This one you can just rinse.
This handmade vintage belt showed up as an ad on Instagram for me and I don’t think I’ve ever clicked on anything so fast. Holy, Moly.

Do you have a personal calculation you use about whether it's worth picking up something to resell later (I've heard, for example, that you shouldn't pick up anything that you can't sell for 3x the price you bought it for--for taxes, fees, shipping, labor costs, etc. to be worth it)?
