Do you have a personal calculation you use about whether it's worth picking up something to resell later (I've heard, for example, that you shouldn't pick up anything that you can't sell for 3x the price you bought it for--for taxes, fees, shipping, labor costs, etc. to be worth it)?
I am starting to collect and resell artwork and some furniture. Questions are...where do you get custom framing done? Is a place like Michaels sufficient? And do you hire someone to pack and ship or do it yourself?
